Fixed user registration issue

Lately I've encountered some user registration problems. I am really sorry for any inconvenience!

I've fixed the registration bug and registration should run seamless. New users who didn't receive a password should try to sign up again. Unfortunately it's no longer possible to post comments without registration due to enormous spam attacks.
